In case of Common Property Maintenance emergencies, the Community after-hours line 1300 267 181 will be open for calls when closed.

 

BCS have provided  the Alexander owners with administrative services for over 40 years.

 

BCS are part of the PICA Group of companies and their website allows owners to submit enquiries online at picagroup.com.au. Owners can also go to the Southport website for contact details, helpful links, forms, etc. picagroup.com.au/bcs-strata-southport

 

Under our Service Level Agreement, if owners contact the BCS call centre (1300 889 227) the operator should be able to provide an answer to most questions immediately.  However if they can't answer the query, owners can lodge their request, and BCS is committed to providing the service within 2 days. For example, if an owner wants a form, BCS will send the form within 2 days, or a strata manager will phone them back within a 2 day window to answer questions.
